Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic project management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and services.
- Education: Master's/Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with vendor management.
- Experience with basic network administration.
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks.
- Basic understanding of cloud computing
