About the Role:

As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, systems, salesforce customization and applications. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including:

- Network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, switches)

- Servers (physical and virtual)

- End-user devices (laptops, desktops, mobile devices)

- Cloud services (Google Suite, Zoom, SSO, AWS)

- Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data

- Manage and customize Salesforce system for Prana

- Manage and set up systems and software for portfolio management and deal pipeline management

- Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures.

- Manage IT vendors and service providers.

- Provide technical support to Prana Ventures' employees.

- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies.

- Manage IT budget and procurement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in IT management.

- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and systems.

- Experience with Salesforce customization

- Experience with ERP software setup and management

- Knowledge of deal management ERP a plus (iLevel/Taghash)

- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with network security and data protection.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
