Immediate requirement for Project Manager | Financial services | IT |Management Trainee
Plan :
- Design suitable strategies, process flow, MIS, system specs as required to achieve project objectives,
- Present approach, get approval and plan for rollout of the project by working with required teams
- Align stakeholders including peers, functional/SBU teams, existing and new external partner as required, for rollout
Deliver :
- Drive execution and Monitor results of the project to ensure delivery on milestone during the operate phase
- Identify, communicate and remove barriers as challenges as related to projects and processes. This could be done independently or by working with other teams
- Identify, resolve by direct intervention, or by working with stakeholders, escalate issues / challenges faced in the project to ensure resolution
- Take ownership and not just project manage - Plan efficiently, track, monitor while avoiding analysis paralysis
Check, monitor, refine :
- Takes initiative, don't wait to be asked
- Develop and refine performance metrics to ensure relevant business results are obtained
- Understand and quantify the impacts of key decision and tradeoffs
- Deliver project updates to senior stakeholders
- Deliver the project by influencing peers, senior stakeholders and other functional and business team
Transfer :
- Identify the process of transferring running / completed projects
- Work with all relevant stakeholders to ensure complete handover
- Up to 3 months post-handover provide handholding support to sustain the project gains (where required)
