Looking for a Talent Acquisition specialist for an IT Services firm.
The candidate should have experience in IT Leadership hiring experience.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Partner with Senior stakeholders / BU leadership team to drive the hiring process
- Develop sourcing strategies and perform thorough screening to assess talent
- Independently conduct talent research, talent mapping and build strong professional relationships with the leadership talent
- Act as an advisory to BU leadership in the areas of compensation, availability of talent and providing alternate options with respect to demand fulfillment
- Manage complete cycle of recruiting to provide best experience for both candidate and the hiring manager.
Key Requirements :
- 11- 14 years overall recruiting experience in Leadership hiring
- Prior experience working in Executive Search firms is desirable
- Strong understanding of hiring niche technical roles is mandatory
