IT Lead

We have a suitable opening in the Operations Division for the role of IT Lead, based in Pune Plant, You come with a relevant experience of 7-10 years. In this role, you will oversee the entire IT operations at the plant and driving projects from global/zonal IT team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for management of ERP system & other software as required

- Management of project life cycle - Business requirement gathering / Functional specs documentation /Leading development/UAT/Integration/End user training

- Management of software application - Knowledge of client/server applications/ web applications /cloud applications /Handing of external team or partners

- Key Deliverables (Illustrative):

- Timely completion of project meeting business expectation

- Ensuring swift resolution of incident ticket to ensure smooth operations

- Partnering with internal team for leading automation projects

- Management of IT budget and spends

Key Competencies:

- Knowledge of ERP system (Sage X3 or any other similar ERP)

- Technical knowledge - X3 Sage ERP/Oracle/Crystal reports/SAP ECC

- Awareness - Microsoft.net and other development platforms like MS-SQL, SQL server , Power BI

Key Relationships:

- Reports to: DAF - Finance

- Internal Stakeholders - Plant team

- External Stakeholders - Corporate IT / Zone IT Team

Education:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field and with relevant work experience.
