Our client is a well-known semiconductor component manufacturing and distribution company in India. Headquartered in Pune (Pimpri MIDC), the company has regional offices in Noida & Bengaluru. The company is currently looking for a young, energetic, and knowledgeable IT Manager who will look after the overall IT infrastructure of the company alongwith providing support on SAP S4 Hana and Salesforce applications.
Position: IT Manager - SAP / Infra
Location: Pimpri MIDC, Pune
Experience: 12-18 Years
Key Responsibility:
- Responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of IT Infrastructure including systems, network, servers, security, cloud and power etc.
- Develop innovative network troubleshooting methods that reduce downtime and lower repair or maintenance costs.
- Responsible for creating and administering disaster plans that will keep the company functional in the event of a crisis.
- Work closely with departmental heads to determine the maintenance and growth needs of the network and SAP S4 Hana support.
- Monitor changing SAP S4 Hana technology and deliver a technology update to the executive team each quarter.
- Determine the rationale and methods for upgrading company SAP S4 Hana software programs each time an update is released.

- Management of Salesforce platforms, overseeing architectural design, and providing architectural guidance for solution delivery projects
Required Qualification & Skills:
- B.E./B.Tech in IT or related field; a Master's Degree in Information Systems will be a plus
- 12 to 18 years of experience managing IT infrastructure and support. (Preferably from Manufacturing/Distribution Industry)
- Strong experience in IT operations, management, and best practices
- Significant experience with IT hardware and software (Windows, VMware, Active Directory, SAP S4 Hana, and Salesforce platform)
- Solid background in network administration and architecture.
- Ability to set and adhere to schedules and project timelines and communication of issues/problems that may impact the ability to meet objectives.
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to work with staff at all levels.
- Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly (both verbal & written) on complex topics.
- Demonstrate leadership and managerial skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with client leadership.
- Familiarity with Project Methodologies (PMBoK or Prince 2)
