IT Head - Retail

Position: Head - Information Technology

Location: Mumbai

Reporting to: Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities & Duties:

- ERP (Microsoft Dynamic Navision 2009) system architectural understanding.

- Should have ability to acquire business acumen in no time and identify business requirement and adding value to business by delivering the requirement on time.

- Coordinate with ERP implementation partner on delivering on requirements/ project management disciplinary reviews, architectural expectation.

- Coordinate with Business stakeholders on articulation of business needs, documentation getting issues resolved and managing delivery on requirements through support partners.

- Overseeing Operations support on ERP and coordinate with different stakeholders.

- Project management skills like planning, controlling, monitoring and measuring process.

- Lead and motivate the team.

- Experience in handling the user base of 300+ users.

- Aim to delight Internal/External Customer by giving exceptional service.

- Knowledge of POS machines.

- Experience in handling the multi-location setup.

- Experience in handling the server base of 10+ servers.

- Skilled in Vendor management and Project execution in structured manner.

- Experience on Cloud based email system/McAfee /Blackberry/Apple.

- Knowledge of Budgeting (Capex/Non Capex)

- Experience on IT security.

- Experience in composing policy and process at organization level.

- Knowledge of Webhosting/Domain registration/ Cloud hosting.

- Academic Qualification: Post Graduate Degree Education in Computer; Information Technology and Communication.

- Experience: 8-10 years (post qualification) in Information Technology. Candidates working in retail industry will be preferred.
