As a IT Head, you leads the IT Governance and Infrastructure vertical.

- IT Governance owns implementation, monitoring and improving all ITIL & Security processes.

- IT Governance also incorporates ownership of Project Management Office, Vendor Management Office and Architecture control besides planning and tracking ISD budgets for India.

- Infrastructure setup includes complete operations of datacenters, servers and network, stabilizing and bringing uniformity in IT policies across the organization.

- As a major responsibility Infrastructure team leads the efforts on project One Soul which aims at single moment of truth on IT systems for all associates in India business.
