Designation: Head IT   Location: Hyderabad  Reports to: CFO  Required Experience: 12-15 Years  Required Qualification: Engineering Degree preferably with MCA  JOB DESCRIPTION  The position would be responsible for IT systems, Infrastructure and applications.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES  - Responsible for senior level decision making and both day to day management and strategic direction of the organization.  - This position is responsible for planning, specifying, designing, and overseeing the Implementation of the technologies that make up leading-edge network and infrastructure.   - Propose, negotiate and manage IT budgets in accordance with internal procedures, ensuring best value and quality.  - Enable continuous improvement in IT operations and system performance.  - Lead change management initiatives (eg. Implementation of HR process from Oracle to SAP-ERP systems)  - Identify & Implement systems that would enable competitive advantage for the business.  - Responsible for overseeing technology projects including MS Active Directory, VoIP solutions, VPN, LAN/WAN services, Data Center, Virtual Server and System consolidations UNIX and SAN technology implementations and changes.   - Responsible for all aspects of project management, including ability to plan and organize complex environments, develop and implement solutions, and report against project plans weekly/monthly including budget variance.  - He would be responsible for applications being used at the company   - He would be responsible for the implementation of process and systems related to IT usage   - Ensure IT security management.  - He should be an integrator between different functions by using IT systems as a platform.  Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:  - Strong Lotus notes administration (8.5.1) along with integration of SAMETIME, Lotus traveler and Blackberry integration. Minimum of two years of Lotus administrator experience  - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Networking, MPLS/VPN network. Good hands-on experience on CISCO routers and firewalls  - Strong knowledge on AD, and maintenance of windows domain and experience on building File and Printer server architecture.  - Experience on CMS technology and ability to maintain websites (both dynamic and static)  - Decision making capacity in terms of server related architecture.  - Strong knowledge on Data center management  Enterprise system : SAP  - 5+ years experience in SAP BASIS, Security and backup process  - 2 years of Functional knowledge with touch points in SD, FICO and MM  - Should have experience in maintaining the DR which includes Hardware, installation of SAP and DR system implementation  - Maintenance of SAP Clients 4.6c and ECC 6.0 on IBM power series box
