Experience:

1. Approximately 12+ of experience in IT within Financial Services Industry, preferably in Lending Business Organizations or Banks

2. Should have experience in Implementing, Governing IT Strategy

3. Having a proven work experience in providing solutions to business problems through deployment of IT Systems (Development, Implementation, Support)

4. Should have experience in Leading and Implementing "Digitalization Projects"

5. Well versed with Core Lending Systems Technologies and Applications

6. Should have strong experience in -

- IT Infrastructure Management - Data Centre (on Premise, Hosted, Cloud (Public, Private, Hybrid)), Networking, Endpoint Devices, Contact Centre

- Systems Software like App Server, Web Server, Databases, Middleware, CRM - Licensing

- Business IT Applications like Core Lending Systems, HRMS, Workflow Management Systems, Data Analytics

- Project Management, Application Support

7. Information Security Policies, regulatory guidelines on InfoSec Policy, Cyber Security Policy

8. Working experience in SDLC and Agile methodologies of IT Systems development (either inhouse or through

- Application Development Platforms with Inhouse or external vendor teams

- Portal Technologies - Application development / deployment using HTML / HTML 5 / compatible technology platforms include Mobile Application Development Platforms

- Working knowledge of at least one of the DBMS platforms like Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, Open Source technologies
