IT Head - International Operations - FMCG

Position Details:

Job Title IT Head - International Operations

Reporting to International CFO Location DMCC

Role of the position The position has accountability to lead the IT operations of Company's Africa units.

Role description

- Manage Information technology and SAP environment as per the guidelines laid by HO IT in India.

- Coordinate with Head Office IT team and other respective countries for implementing SAP and various system.

- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, mails, policies and procedures as per Guidance by HO IT.

- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.

- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy

- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time in coordination with HO IT in India.

- Audit systems and assess their outcomes.

- Establish a system/solution architecture to enable the business process digitalisation

- Implementation of IT Policies based on the guidelines of various compliance matrix.

- Develop and manage the full-fledged IT Team and IT infrastructure globally.

- Be a part of the leadership team which manages all the strategic operational decisions.

Desired Candidate Details:

Qualification BCA/B.TECH - IT/Post Graduate Diploma specialisation in IT

Skills desired

- IT Project Management

- Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships

- Good communication skills - both written and verbal

- A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data

- Ability to stick to time constraints

- Must have proven ability to be flexible, multi-task and drive key projects in a fast paced, high demand environment

- Good knowledge working experience in of SAP

Experience 10 plus years in FMCG companies
