Position: IT Head - Global Shared Service Centres
Function: Program Management
Location: Chennai
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Responsible for leading the Global Shared Services Centres, primarily operated out of India.
- Act as single point of focus for all GSSCs.
- Position and lead implementation of transformation projects to create new or industrialize existing GSSCs
- Enforce delivery standards, methods, estimation models, bid metrics, chargeback mechanisms and tools across GSSCs
- Consolidates monthly and quarterly forecast maximizes use of GSSCs to achieve cost advantages for the client
- 15+ years of combined industry, technology and management experience
- Experience required in managing multiple customers across various geographies
- Proficient in managing IT Delivery Centres
- Strong technical leadership, business management and excellent client skills
- Good experience in managing the introduction of new delivery models in a global environment
- Experience with and knowledge of partner selection and management
- Extensive knowledge of and sustained expertise in customer service engineering
- A track record of having successfully led a business unit/organization through significant change while collaborating with multiple stakeholders across different geographical locations
