CRITICAL FUNCTION:
- Act as a Point of contact for day to day activities during ERP project implementation. Project is being implemented by Ernst & Young.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Client side industry experience of managing and administering ERP implementation in a similar company of restaurant business would be highly desirable.
- Should be able to deal with internal and external stakeholders
- Should be able to convert needs of internal stakeholders their needs into a language that would enable change management in an ERP environment. This change management would include costing , internal communication and articulation to an ERP Implementer..
- Should have very good exposure to Project Implementation methodologies Project Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Controlling and Closing Projects
- Hold responsibility for documenting all project standards and guidelines and project deliverables after obtaining buy-in and ensuring documentation standards of a very high level in a global repository
- Should have knowledge of developing and administering metrics to run a 24x7 ERP environment in an in-premise or out-sourced mode.
- Should preferably have knowledge of budgeting for an IT department by weighing speed versus costs versus overheads in an in-premise or out-sourced mode
- Should be able to define medium term to long term resource and functional requirements related to ERP modules, functionalities, enhancements, customization needs, integrations required as aligned with business needs
- Should be able to people manage his team and “SMART” align their goals to organizational goals, give feedback and motivate the team.
- To work as the main technical lead in the enhancement of ERP system in order to continually, improve the system
- Manage the integration of the ERP system with other Business applications with the company
- To work with other consultants to ensure that corporate goals are consistently achieved and maintained
- In-depth knowledge of application design & development and relational database
- Should have knowledge of Security systems and configuring and administering in an ERP environment
- Implement effective Change management processes and End user Training. Should be willing to Travel to restaurants/stores and Branch Locations across the Country to guide and handhold and train them in new applications
SKILLS SET:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Candidate should be BE/Btech/MCA and preferably MBA
- Candidate should preferably have OEM certification for Oracle/SAP/Microsoft/Netsuite ERP modules of material management, production, finance and procurement
- Candidate should preferably have OEM certification for Oracle/MS SQL Server
- Candidate should be ITIL and PMP certified
THE PROFILE:
- Overall atleast 10 years of experience in IT/ERP administration and management role out of which at least 5 years in ERP advisory and administration role
