IT Engineering Manager - BI

Qualifications: B.E./ M.E. from a reputed institution

Experience:

- Complete project management exposure with at least 2 or more years of team leading

- 8 Years or more experience in IT software development

Skill sets: Essential

- Experience of all stages of the SDLC process

- Have led an enterprise BI deployment

- Should have led a team of developers for a product

Skill sets: Preferred

- Exposure to creating products on top of a BI platform

- Exposure in maintaining diversified apps over a BI or Data-warehousing platform

- Exposure to Spatial data

- Experienced with Cloud based content delivery

Job Description:

The incumbent will have the overall IT ownership for Indicus CELLGRID GEO-BI Product. The job would require:

- Manage the full SDLC of Indicus CELLGRID GEO-BI Product

- Identifying and integrating the right BI platform with Indicus Cellgrid data

- Build apps and dashboards on top of Cellgrid data and BI platform

- Assess, develop, and integrate customized features as per product requirements

- Judiciously lead the technical team in bringing to market a product given the time, budget and resource constraints.

- Responsible for leading, developing, managing and mentoring product technology team

- Set up the customer support team for solving all bug reports and queries from customers

- Build and maintain ongoing relationships with key vendor’s e.g.BI platform outsourced development vendors etc.

- Product documentation (Technical and User) is accurate and sufficient - and changes to requirements are properly managed and communicated to all relevant parties.
