Job Description - Own and manage delivery across a functions covering multiple products and platforms, with multi-geographic stakeholder management while building & scaling up teams

Description

- Lead complex projects with cross functional teams and drive business productivity

- Align to business objectives by managing delivery of technology solutions and technical support services for all operations

- Identify areas of emerging technologies, deliver pilots & POC's and devise road maps for investments and adoptions to enhance business operations and productivity

- Apply proven communication, analytical and problem solving skills to organise & manage information systems projects with an aim to maximise benefits of IT investments

- Demonstrate seamless leadership and collaboration practices while building & scaling up teams

Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with ~15 years of overall experience including 5+ years in building and managing world class software engineering teams with 50+ employees in a multifunctional role spanning across organization functions

- Well versed with (& having prior hands on experience in) multiple tech stacks, enterprise architecture frameworks and cloud

- Good experience in managing cross functional teams & stakeholders across geographies with a strong background in engineering and technology, strategic planning and software development

- Should have handled large accounts/large scale projects and programs

- Demonstrated Product Management capabilities including Business value articulation

- Should be coming in from software, product, fin tech, financial services, digital companies or IT services industries
