The IT Delivery Manager (Application) will be responsible for managing the successful planning and delivery of software applications for Jio World Drive. This position is expected to take transition of the existing application owner and support business teams for all future development and changes to existing systems.
- Identifying & understanding requirements of users (mainly users from operations, marketing, sales, security and finance).
- Working with stakeholders, both leadership and subject matter experts, to build a holistic view of the organization's strategy, processes, information, and information technology assets.
- Linking the business mission, strategy, and processes to RIL IT strategy, and document this using multiple architectural models or views that show how the current and future needs of JWD will be met in an efficient, sustainable, agile, and adaptable manner.
- Project management of existing applications, new applications development and deployment.
- Ensuring high availability and fast response times for all production systems.
- Conceptualising and implementing (through Internal and external) teams such as digital applications, POS, analytics, security system, CRM to deliver quick business results.
- Adopting innovative trends in Enterprise Mobility, CRM, Cloud architecture, Video analytics, AI systems and BI analytics.
- Contracting Compliance & Governance.
- Designing integration architecture between various applications in the overall enterprise architecture.
- Vendor management to deliver projects on time and efficiently manage application O&M:
- Create and lead change management for new applications
- Risk Management of information and IT assets through appropriate standards and security policies.
Desired Experience:
Knowledge (Functional / Another)
- Understands well about various applications such as POS, CRM, Financial system, security system and Analytics.
- Understands well about BI applications.
- Understands well enterprise applications such as ERP and CRM.
- Understands well key mobile app development methodology for IoS and Android native apps and hybrid apps and use of REST and SOAP based APIs.
Skills (Behavioural / Technical)
- Alignment of IT strategy and planning with the company's business goals.
- Servant leadership, collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills
- Operate across organizational and computing "silos" to drive common approaches and expose information assets and processes across the enterprise.

Prerequisites:
- B Tech /MCA with minimum 5 years of application software development experience for a service provider.
- Implementation experience of a minimum 3 years in the Retail, Hospitality / F & B domain.
- Experience of at least 1 year in architecting solutions in Mall, Retail, Hospitality environment.
- Experience of at least 2 years of running IT delivery in any large or midsize enterprise.
- Systems thinking - the ability to see how parts interact with the whole (big picture thinking)
- Excellent presentation & written language skills
