IT Delivery Head - Telecom

The IT Delivery Head is involved in management of telecom client from IT delivery perspective and being a focal point for delivery .

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for meeting financial objectives of the account and improve the key parameters for the account and hence to improve the margins.

- Responsible for planning and delivery

- Delivery quality compliance, resource economic utilization and customer satisfaction.

- Responsible for relationship building with Customer Project Managers and key stakeholders within the account and responsible for customer satisfaction.

Desired Profile :

- 15 - 20 years IT services experience and should have experience in with working Telecom Service Provider in delivery role is mandatory.

- Experience in Large Project management / Program management and exposure to working on large transformation program .

- Should have experience in handling large team of 400-500 people

- In-depth understanding of the SDLC.
