IT Delivery Head - Life Asia - Insurance

Position Summary:

Oversee and lead entire Life Asia Delivery from IT perspective

Responsibilities:

Delivery Performance - Products / Projects / New Initiatives

Products / Projects delivered as per agreed schedule & scope. Delivery as a %age of Quality & Effort

Lead the team for delivery of CRFs on time and as per schedule

CRF as a Percentage of Total Effort; IT Rework Effort / Total Effort

Resourcing - Recruitment, Training; Internal Training sessions - Domain / Technical

Employee Turnover Training programs conducted (against planned); Effectiveness of sessions based on peer review

Effectiveness of Delivery - SIT / UAT / Production

Number of bugs against each delivery

BRS Review- Effectiveness of BRS against the actual requirement

Provide sustainable production support

IT Rework Effort / Total Effort; No of incidents resolved / actioned within the SLA

Process Improvement & New Initiatives

Automation of existing processes, wherever feasible & wherever required
