IT Business Solutions Manager - Auto Manufacturing Firm

Work Experience: 8 -12 years

Automobile industry experience will be added advantage / Discrete Manufacturing background

Job Responsibility:

1. IT Application Management & Operations

- Minimum of 3 years of mandatory experience in application management, agile methodologies and project management

- Experience in managing a wide range of applications used to support discrete production (ideally in the automotive area) and understand the IT architectural challenges behind it

- Able to handle multiple stakeholders, internal customers, end users and management, and prioritize requests from these stakeholder

- Able help your internal customers to put down their demands and requirements in requirements documents and/or technical specs and collaborate with internal and external suppliers of applications in order to implement them, why you possess excellent analytical skills

- Have excellent communication skills - both oral and written (incl. presentations) in order to share your knowledge and ideas efficiently and collaborate with all stakeholders and international teams

Able to contribute to the continuous improvement of our Architectural landscape , Application landscape & Business process by pushing forward the usage of state of the art technologies (APIs, Cloud, FoSS, SaaS, etc.) in our IT environment

2. Strategic IT landscape implementation (10%)

- IT Landscape implementation support

- Contribution and Support to implement the standard Business Intelligence strategy

- Contribution in Digital transformation of business function

3. Audit, Secure and Compliant IT (10%)

- Ensure stable and compliant IT operations

- Contribution in system/process Audits

4. Governance and IT administration (10%)

- Implementation and sharing IT processes

- Contribute in Budget Planning and ensure utilization

- Standardization/harmonization of existing application

- Monitor system usage

- Monitoring and ensuring stable operations along with external partner

- IT administration

- Engineering Graduate & Post-Graduation in Management
