Job title: IT Business Performance Manager & Analyst

Location: Bangalore

Qualification & Experience:

- Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering (with a focus on supply chain, IT, math/statistics or economics).

- Professional experience in supply chain performance or process management (Six Sigma / APICS certification desired).

- Sound knowledge of creating exploratory and explanatory reports in Excel/Power Point/Power BI/Tableau or similar tools.

Job responsibilities :

- Work in a global team that develops, builds, manages, and continuously improves the global supply chain performance to achieve strategic and operational goals and ensure business competitiveness.

- Responsible for the setup and ongoing development of the E2E IT Performance Management process to ensure the competitiveness of the company

- To actively contribute to the development of the "continuous improvement" culture. This includes coordinating and leading a collaborative approach with the involved organizations esp. in leading the governance, the definition of KPIs as well as the analysis, reporting, improvement, evaluation, and benchmarking process

- You will work with internal customers to Analyze complex problems, define Projects and KPIs as well. You validate, prioritize, and lead the projects with Global Supply Chain Management, Business Units, and IT

- You will manage sub-projects, workstreams and larger work packages in projects

- You will also lead the weekly and monthly cycle of performance management reports/meetings with KPI owners/stakeholders and communication of dashboards/reports
