Job Title: IT Business Partner/Delivery Manager

Location: Ahmedabad,India

Experience Required: 5-10 years

Position Summary:

As the IT Business Partner at the client, you will serve as the strategic liaison between IT and business functions, aligning IT initiatives with business goals. You will be responsible for understanding business requirements, managing IT programs, ensuring successful project delivery, overseeing vendor management, and managing the overall IT ecosystem, including application support.

This role requires a proactive leader with strong communication, program management, and technical skills to drive IT transformation initiatives that support client's growth and innovation across B2B, B2C, and D2C markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Requirement Management:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, gather and define business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.

- Drive the prioritization and delivery of IT initiatives that align with business goals and objectives, especially in the context of B2B, B2C, and D2C EV charging markets.

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client's business processes and strategic direction to ensure IT alignment.

2. Program Management & Delivery:

- Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects and programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, risk management, and status reporting.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

3. Application Support & IT Ecosystem Management:

- Oversee the management, maintenance, and support of business-critical applications to ensure optimal performance, availability, and reliability.

- Develop and implement best practices for application support, incident management, and problem resolution.

- Manage the overall IT ecosystem, including infrastructure, networks, databases, and software applications, ensuring integration, scalability, and security.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and enhance the IT architecture and technology stack that supports business operations and growth in B2B, B2C, and D2C models.

4. Vendor Management:

- Manage relationships with IT vendors, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations.

- Evaluate vendor proposals, oversee the selection process, and ensure optimal delivery of IT services and solutions.

- Continuously assess vendor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive value through cost optimization and service enhancements.

5. Stakeholder Engagement:

- Act as the primary point of contact for IT-related matters, providing strategic guidance and support to business leaders and stakeholders.

- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency, accountability, and effective communication regarding IT initiatives.

- Drive change management efforts, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of new technologies and processes across the organization.

6. IT Strategy & Roadmap:

- Contribute to the development of the IT strategy and roadmap in alignment with client's business goals.

- Identify opportunities for leveraging technology to drive business innovation, efficiency, and growth, particularly in enhancing B2B, B2C, and D2C capabilities.

- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure client's remains at the forefront of digital transformation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

- 5-10 years of experience in business requirement gathering, program management, IT project delivery, vendor management, and application support.

- Strong project management skills with experience managing complex IT projects and cross-functional teams.

- Proven track record of successfully managing vendor relationships and delivering IT solutions that meet business needs.

- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise applications and IT ecosystems.

- Hands-on experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, including implementation, customization, and support.

- Demonstrated experience in supporting B2B, B2C, and D2C models, preferably within the EV charging or related technology sectors.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results.

- Experience in the EV industry or related fields is an advantage.
