Job Description:

- Ability to Create & Manage a Strategic Business Unit (IT Vertical) for the Business with specificity as mentioned below

- Build the business from scratch, Manage and Grow IT Recruitment (Vertical) which includes complete responsibility on Business Lifecycle activities like Sales & Business development, Account Hunting & Farming, Account Management, Team Management and P&L management.

- Contribute to finalization of Business Plans & Annual Operating Plan for the business which includes : designing the products/services, segmented approach to acquire clients, creation of right teams, and necessary capacities for managing the activities on the entire business value chain for long term growth

Profile Requirements

- Sales & Business Development Capabilities

- Understanding of IT business, markets, clients and type of profiles in IT segment

- Capabilities in creating of own teams (Sales, Delivery, account managers etc)

- Urge to Work with a Start up for creating the IT vertical

- Experienced into MS tools : MS 365, Sharepoint, PPT, Excel and Word.
