IT Business Development Manager (IT Managed Services)
- Responsible for Account Planning of existing customers and developing strategies & bid management to pursue new customers. The role would require coordinating with the internal stakeholders in developing new propositions and service offerings to address customer requirements
- Win new clients, grow and develop existing client base
- Developing new business related to full IT support, Unified Communications, Cloud Infrastructure, Security & Compliance, and Network & Infrastructure
- Close high value new business opportunities
- Develop and manage virtual teams that secure multi-level contact
- Developing new business related to Professional Services and Managed Services
- Account planning and customer relationship management
- Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction
- Identify new business opportunities
- Achieve GP and Revenue sales targets
- Develop pipeline
- Record forecast sales.
Qualification And Experience:
1. Candidate should have Experience of 8+ Years in Business Development of IT Managed Services or Cloud Services or Cyber Security Services
2. Articulate IT solutions at multiple levels
3. Passion for technology
4. Solving customers business needs
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Strong organisational and time management skills
7. Professional negotiation and influencing skills
8. To work as part of a team and to share information
9. Advanced sales skills
10. Experience selling Microsoft IT solutions/ portfolio
11. Demonstrate New Business wins
