IT Business Analyst - Market Risk Domain

Business Unit Overview:

Risk & Capital Technology (RCT) provides support for risk management initiatives within firm and its effective and mature governance process. RCT India team is responsible for defining the technology strategy plan in partnership with Risk Business, its governance, accountability, and keeping an oversight on risk programs. RCT is structured in business aligned verticals namely Credit Risk, Market Risk and Operational Risk; and horizontals namely Data, Shared, Reporting and Analytics, which allow for managing the direction of deliveries.

Position Specifications:

- Experience 8 to 10 years

Qualification Engineering Graduate (B. Tech / BE)

Role & Responsibilities:

- There is a position in the Market Risk IT team which focuses on implementing the Regulatory

- Requirements related to Market Risk at a our level

- FRTB SBA and IMA are the latest requirements that are being worked upon both from the data and implementation perspective.

Responsibilities:

- FRTB Data Layer Requirement Definition and Implementation

- FRTB Model Implementation

- Market Risk Model Enhancements

- Requirements Gathering, QA Cycle Ownership and UAT Cycle Support

- Handle Post Production queries and explains

- Good communication skills (clear and concise).

- On the feet thinker who can quickly investigate and troubleshoot, if required, production related queries from various stakeholders.

- Ability to think logically and systematically to devise solutions that conforms to already existing system framework.

- Ability to exhibit high level of professionalism in team oriented environment.

Technical:

- SQL ability to write basic joins across multiple tables.

- MS Excel ability to write and read of existing macros.

- Word and Power Point, ability to articulate the problem and solution in a concise manner
