We Datamatics Staffing Services Pvt. Ltd are looking for a Business Analyst for one of the leading Analytical Company in Mumbai.

Following is the Job Profile for the post of Business Analyst.

Experience: 7 - 14 years of experience.

Location: Mumbai.

Role Description:

1. Business Analyst with experience in delivering IT projects in Financial Services Domain

2. Acts as a conduit between management, business users, vendors and technical staff to lead process efficiency and technology improvement

3. The job involves analyzing, documenting, proposing appropriate solutions and preparing functional specifications and user and system test plans

Responsibilities & Functions:

1. Act as a conduit between technology and business and drive the overall implementation of core technology solutions

2. Collect, understand, analyse and document business processes and obtain sign-off from the client on specifications

3. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and detailed test plans

4. Act as a link between the business and IT throughout the software development lifecycle

5. Design test scenarios and scripts and manage and conduct user acceptance testing for new processes and implementations

6. Manage day-to-day change requests in relation to project plans to ensure agreed deadlines are met

7. Develop system implementation documentation including but not limited to system requirements, use cases, test scenarios and test cases, user guides, FAQ’s, etc.

8. Identify issues, risks and dependencies between projects and processes and escalate as appropriate

9. Assist other staff in developing business analysis skills

10. Manage and maintain requirements traceability, perform impact analysis when changes are requested

11. Assist business users with user acceptance testing

12. Experience in the Ratings, Capital markets and Consulting is an added advantage
