- The current opening is for a Resource who is responsible for management as well as enhancement of the Business solutions present within the organization.
- The principal aim should be capturing exact business requirement and coordinate internal / external developer to deliver the IT solution,
- To bring constant improvements to the product, improve user experience and operational efficiency of associated
- Business processes and at the same time maintaining integrity and quality of project deliverables, helping it stay within agreed timelines and agreed upon scope while meeting the expectations and requirements of the project.
- The position is based at HQ in Bangalore and should be working closely with the internal IT team and respective Business stakeholders
Key Accountabilities:
- Handling all change requests, enhancements/ process changes to Business Solutions
- Understand the requirements from Business and Product teams, convert them into a document and take it up with vendor for feasibility check, impact analysis and work in coordination for delivery and deployment for business use.
- Assess the requirements through discussions with Business Analysts and Developers
- Prioritize the projects to ensure that business expectations are met within pre-defined timelines
- Understand integration touch points of the Business Solution with other systems/services
- End to solution management including seamless integration with other systems and services
- Deliberate various available solutions for the requirements and choose the best which is cost effective and at the same time best suited for the meeting business requirements.
- Implementation of requirements from system perspective through discussions and coordination with Developers and Vendors for development and testing.
- Documentation of key deliverables from the Quality aspect including creation of Roll out/ Go Live plans, product release notes, product version management
- Defining Standard Operating Procedures for IT processes and take necessary approval to formalize and roll out for Organization and various business units
- Notify the respective Business Units regarding the roll out of new processes and change sto processes, if any.
- Follow up with operational teams for on the ground implementation of the strategies.
- Monitoring of performance and reporting to the top management of the organization
