Roles and Responsibilities :
- Creating and maintaining strategic partnership and understanding between Business needs and Technology delivery; Analyst will participate with different team members / functions to facilitate the understanding, clarification, and implementation of requirements.
- The Analyst will identify / help requirements via industry standard analysis techniques such as data modeling, workflow analysis, and functional decomposition analysis. The Analyst will solicit requirements through user discussion, workshops, and maintains documentation and / or procedures.
- The Analyst will work closely with team leads, key business users / end users and SMEs in the definition, testing, training, implementation, and support of functional requirements for various financial product based application project.
- The Analyst will be a customer advocate who understands the nature of constantly changing marketplace and validate customer needs in the BFSI industry that includes Home Loan, Consumer Loan and Insurance products.
- Creation/revision of the following analysis deliverable: Process Maps, Business Requirements, Business Rules, Use Cases, User Flows, Acceptance Tests.
- Manage application development projects for organization (loans) / collections functions and working with user departments for application implementations and managing change process.
- Vendor Management for smooth functioning of deployed licensed package, monitoring and support business related enhancement initiatives.

- Process mapping and Requirements gathering &Analysis
- Acquaintance with best Industry and technology practices in the lending/ Insurance / collections domain in finance industry.
- Core understanding of business processes and Retail loan Industry.
- IT project deliverable review and value addition
- Project Planning, Project charter evaluation and review / reporting.
- Communication skills and relationship management
- Planning and managing tasks at team / member level from IT perspective
- Should possess and display Project Management Techniques.
Desired Qualification, Skills & Experience :
- B.E/B.Tech/MCA, in Computer Science, or technology related field from an accredited institution and/or MBA (Finance /Marketing) from good institutes.
- 6 to 10 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Business Analyst roles with enterprise software development companies, internal IT analyst roles for large corporations (preferably NBFC,banks) where major enterprise software and/or workflow solutions & document management software are utilized, or software consulting implementation experience delivering projects for enterprise software or workflow or document management software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with users, team members and management.
- Should be self starter, team player, and have team lead attributes &display good relationship management skills
- The Analyst should posses- thorough knowledge of SDLC in finance industry.
Desired skill :
- Exposure to standard enterprise software products / applications/ middle ware such as Finn One, Posidexetc. would be an advantage.
- Advanced skills in MS Word, Lotus Notes, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
- IT Project Management & Planning certification and demonstrated use of such software would be a plus point
- Should possesses working knowledge of SQL, database design etc and understanding of application programming
