BFS experience is needed
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (tower representatives, team of third party) in each line of business to understand if business continuity procedures have been performed adequately.
- Responsible for maintenance of Crisis Management plan, Business Continuity plans, Business Impact Analysis, Business continuity policies and procedures for all processes.
- Manage the entire organization Incident Management framework and risk assessments for existing and new projects.
- Manage and drive the completion of effective recovery strategies for all processes and subsequently test these strategies for processes in transition and for the existing processes
- Organize and monitor the various Crisis Management, Business continuity test exercises for relevant stakeholders
- Monitor results from testing and training program
- Facilitate the formation of the various teams and provide relevant training to the key employees.
- Ensure that the overall program is in sync with the corporate standards
- Support all Transitions for Business continuity management by drafting the BIA, RA and plans at the transition stage.
- Track and monitor the KPI identified for the Business Continuity program
- Prepare dashboards and reports for BC Steering Committee to measure KPIs / Metrics on an ongoing basis
- Support audit of Business Continuity programs, if any
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree - in management, finance, economics, related field or equivalent experience
- Solid knowledge of Business Continuity and disaster recovery best practices
- Certified ISO 22301 Lead Implementer
Good to have :
- Master's degree or a candidate pursuing Chartered Accountancy, CA (inter), CA article ship.
- Certified ISO 22301 Lead Auditor
- ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer
Soft skills :
- A self-starter who has the ability to think out of the box, suggest changes and challenge status quo.
- Good in both oral and written communication skills. Should be able to convey the message in forums such as Steering Committee meetings and Council meetings.
- Excellent organization, analytical and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and creatively address various topics on-hand
- Ability to work independently and become an effective team member
- Prior experience in similar profile
- Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills would be an added advantage.
- Demonstrate strong people management skills
