IT Audit Specialist

Location: Chennai (WFO).

Experience: 5+ Years.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Strong Knowledge on QMS, ISMS, SOC 2 Type 2, PIMS & CMMI ML_5 Concepts & Implementation.

- To understand the existing DEXIAN process and develop policies & Procedures according to the standard upgrades (if any).

- Conduct internal audits as per ISO 9001, ISO 27001 & ISO 27701 standards.

- Facilitate the auditees on ISO & CMMI Svc_2.0 framework.

- Experience with SOC2 reporting engagements, and Security, Availability, Confidentiality, Privacy, and Processing Integrity Trust Service Principles.

- Create awareness & provide training to all employees on ISO standards & it's requirement.

- Should have expertise in facing the third-party audits, client audits.

- Perform internal risk assessment and apply proper resolution strategy / treatment.

- Assist all departments to identify & document the root cause of any problems and to provide a proper corrective action.

- Capture the Nonconformities identified as a part of audit and report to the senior management.

- Follow-up with the auditees until the NC's are closed.

- Analyze, Evaluate & support team in monitoring the metrics, Customer satisfaction report analysis.

- To be skilled enough in managing multiple verticals / groups and able to support key certified DISYS locations virtually.

- Conduct Management review meeting as per the defined frequency, provide internal audit status report and to help promote continuous improvement.

- End to end quality & audit related Vendor management & Coordination.

- ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification is Mandatory.
