IT Architect - BPO

In this role, you will be IT Architect primarily for the IT Apps, Oracle IDM suite of apps, Pricing and Content Management applications. You will interact with IT management, business & functional teams along with external partner organizations.

Application ownership: Technical lead for managing the solution design and delivery for key corporate apps.

- Proficient in information technology, platforms and enterprise architectures.

- Reduces broad business requirements into detailed IT architecture plans.

Primary responsibilities:

- Responsible for the architectural design and deployment of system solutions based on user/client needs, cost, and required integration with existing applications.

- Responsible for technical planning, development and modification of new solution specifications and applications. This includes technical design of content structure, user/process flows and interfaces.

- Design and build solutions in adherence to the standards and processes and comply with the Security/ISRM controls and policies

- Sound knowledge of IT Project management activities including project scoping, estimation, planning, risk management, finalization of technical / functional specifications, resource administration & optimization, and quality management.

- Manage the enterprise wide programs for the Corporate Apps. Ensure close coordination with the Project & support teams for weekend releases.

- Ability to interpret ambiguity, deliver results in high-pressure flux environments, mentor teams for flexibility much needed for dynamic business priorities.

- Good knowledge of all Security & Compliance Processes, Risk Management, Disaster Recovery & BCP planning, ITGC User Access, FDA & SOX Controls, Enterprise Change Management Process, Periodic Audits, Business Partner & Supplier Reviews, Application security & data privacy reviews

- Ensure proper support transition handoff and stabilization for all newly implemented solutions

- Coordinate with the cross functional teams like Infrastructure, Hosting, Database, Data Privacy & QA

- Strong problem solving & technical skills coupled with confident decision making for enabling effective solutions leading to high customer satisfaction and low operational costs

- Be able to work with diverse product vendors, understand various licensing models and keep license usage in check. Evaluate various technology product offerings for enterprise solutions.

Financial & Vendor Management: Complete ownership of the financials and manage the vendor resources.

- Timely accruals of the project costs and renewal of the vendor resources.

- Manages mid-size vendor partner team for solution delivery. Resource Utilization, tracking and planning of the Vendor resources
