Role description:

- IT architect 50% of the time RPCG 50% of the time Purchase & Business Partner

- As an experienced IT architect, you will help lay the foundations of the IT architecture of the B2B application landscape and domain Purchase & business landscape. A dynamic, growing organisation, where you stand at the cradle of important digital developments. Within Colruyt Group, the IT architecture team builds the application landscape, aligned with the Enterprise IT architecture and the reference architecture.

- Very concretely you contribute 50 % of the time to the entire IT side of Retail Partners Colruyt Group, the B2B branch within the Colruyt Group is co-shaped in a unique form of partnership with the independent retailers. Another 50% of the time is spent working on the domain "Purchase & Business Partner.

What are your responsibilities?

- You design IT solutions that meet the functional and non-functional requirements of the client and are in line with the Enterprise IT and reference architecture.

- You will help build our application landscape consisting of on premise applications (cloud applications are limited), packaged solutions and in-house development.

- You create support for your IT solution both among the client, the project team and the experts.

- You identify IT risks and support the client in taking decisions and evaluating alternative solutions. decisions and evaluation of alternative solutions.

- You develop the reference architecture according to the client's needs and in synchronisation with general evolutions in the IT field, if these can be of benefit to the client a benefit.

- You follow up the IT realisation by our expert teams.

- You document architecture decisions.

- You contribute to architecture governance by participating in the necessary governance processes and/or by participating in existing governance boards.

You work in Colruyt India Hyderabad.

Profile:

- Knowledge and experience - You have a master's degree or equivalent experience. You have also worked as an IT architect for about five years. Knowledge of EA modelling languages and frameworks, such as Archimate and TOGAF, is a plus.

- Curious - The world of B2B/Purchasing & Business Partner is changing so fast that as an IT architect, you have to be constantly with it. You like that as a challenge and you chase all news and trends yourself, all the latest news and trends yourself.

- Conceptual ability - Your designs start from a concept: your client wants to achieve a goal or has a problem. You listen and think with the client. Then you come up with concrete solutions.

- Customer focus - In everything you do, you keep the client's interests in mind. You identify IT risks, follow IT developments and dare to take decisions in complex situations, daring to make decisions in complex situations. You give well-founded advice so that your client can make a choice.

- Communicatively strong - You communicate fluently and know how to convince others through your involvement, assertiveness and accessibility.
