IT Application Support - ERP/CRM/Digital - Healthcare Industry
QUALIFICATION : MCA / MSc/ BTech in IT or in related discipline
Job Responsibility :
- Discover , market scout , review , evaluate , recommend and implement new technologies to achieve business objectives.
- Provide business process design and documentation expertise, recommend business process and/or system improvements using formal and informal techniques. Lead the development and implementation of these improvements / new processes
- Provide recommendations on hardware and software procurement to support client's business goals
- Lead the Digital transformation projects for CRM / Contact Centre / ERP / Supply Chain / Point of Sales.
- Setup and ensure governance for Change Management process
- Setup process for ongoing support
- Guide the team for all aspects including System Integration and User Acceptance tests.
- 360 degree stake holder management.
- Review, compare and check the available applications and possibility to provide inhouse solution and recommendation best IT solution.
- Assist in solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, training, troubleshooting, process improvement, integration of business systems and implementation of change control procedures.
- Plan and implement all best practices in department i.e. ISO 27001:2013 and GDPR
- Put up support process and guide mentor team to ensure continuous application availability during business hours.
- Guide the infra team
- Proactive monitoring - Automate monitoring of all appropriate system/application parameters.
