The Opportunity:
- Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management.
- Ensure best in class service delivery, enable retention and profitable growth through leveraging volume, concept and talent.
- He/ She will be responsible in driving the group P&C initiatives for the region.
Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention.
- Assist management in conflict resolution.
- Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company.
- Drive the People & Culture agenda for respective business unit.
- Hiring & On-boarding of talent - Ensuring employees are hired and on-boarded basis approved budget and within agreed timelines.
- Facilitate error free payroll process & handle employee queries.
- Cross checking the salary master with the payout of the contract to ensure smooth payroll.
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals.
- Work with the L&D teams in ensuring the employees are trained Group training initiatives.
- Drive employee recognition and engagement initiatives using the ISS Apple program.
- Facilitate various surveys and initiate steps to work on improvement basis the survey feedback.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Provide HR policy guidance.
- Drive Employee Performance Management process in the accounts.
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
- Ensuring that the documents required for audits are maintained.
- Displaying abstract of the acts as per relevant central or state legislation.
- Keeping a check on salary registers for accuracy and after every wage revision for due diligence.
- Keeping a track on the IR cases and proactively identifying potential risks and ensuring smooth business operations.
Desired Experience:
- MBA/PG (HR) preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in HR, leading region preferably.
- Extensive experience in stakeholder management and entire gamut of HR function.
- Sound knowledge on Payroll & Compliance.
- Strong exposure managing blue collar workforce.
