Role: Procurement & Supply Chain - Business Partner

Location- Mumbai (Andheri)

Experience Required - Minimum 10 Yrs (Relevant experience with manufacturing industry)

Purpose:

This role is responsible for developing and driving the ISS Supply Chain and Procurement Business Partner strategy for Industry & Manufacturing Segment and drive transformation and implementation of new and relevant best in class procurement practices by working closely with the business teams, clients and Category Managers in SC&P.

Key Responsibilities:

- Capture account's targets and requirements and desired outcomes and outline a clear roadmap to get from "as is" to "to be" within agreed timelines.

- Ensure that Supply chain &Procurement KPIs are achieved for Segment.

- Responsible for assessing the current procurement efficiencies of Operations in the Segment and subsequently step-change its strategic impact through transformative and inspirational leadership.

- Work in close collaboration with the Operations Performance teams, account teams and Supply chain & Procurement team.

- Secure free cash flow improvement program driven via supplier payment term optimizations and procurement bonus collection acceleration.

- Support the bidding engine and mobilize/transition supply chains for new customers.

- Work with Supplier Assurance team to ensure proper vetting, qualifying, contracting, onboarding, performance-management and auditing of our critical suppliers.

- Manage handling multiple accounts within the segment and deliver account-level sourcing projects, supplier diversity drives, sustainability efforts, supply chain reporting, quality improvement projects, supplier relationship management, etc.

- Manage supplier risk and serve as an escalation point for all supplier issues.

- Deliver and manage service levels of suppliers on the segment accounts.

- Deliver value beyond cost savings, including bringing innovation from internal resources or third parties.
