JD:

a. Bringing operational efficiency in the service deliverables and to ensure the scope of work is delivered at the expected level.

b. Ensuring the operational processes are followed for best output

c. Managing housekeeping services and tracking/ adhering to the various HK schedules, checklists and respective 52-week calendar effectively

d. Demonstrating leadership skill by mentoring and developing the second line under position

e. Ensuring the customer satisfaction through Innovative cost saving methods benefiting the client directly

f. Reduction in Operation cost year on year

g. Effective review / assessment mechanism to assess the performance against the agreed SLAs using the operational budget judiciously to bring cost effectiveness

h. Implement best operational practices to safeguard and increase the life span of client's property

i. Introducing innovative techniques for the effective management and operations of facility

j. Coordinate resources and communicate operational priorities in response to business levels and needs.

k. Working in conjunction with the local Management to prepare the final budget documentation

l. Plans and administer the works to ensure budget compliance

m. MIS & SLA - Accurate MIS and SLA preparation and presentation

n. Generating and cross verifying the invoices before submission to client and ensuring payment collections timely

o. Driving engagement initiatives on site to ensure employee retention and effective output

p. Ensuring that ISS staff displays a high standard of Professional behavior on sites

q. Ensure all Code of Conduct pertaining to the customer and ISS are briefed and managed well at site

r. Training the staff on various HSE aspects as per the guideline laid by the organization

2. Communication:

a. Primary client interface with support from ISS Regional Office

b. Carry out in regular briefings to the employees on site

c. Proactive timely and concise communication of relevant and important information to Client Representatives, Subject Matter Experts and ISS management

d. Generating various reports and MIS pertaining to Site Operations and reading the same for client and Management

3. People Management:

a. High on team building mechanism to get best results as a result of teamwork

b. Demonstrating the Skills of team management, decision making & Problem-solving attitude by leading the team from front and by mentoring second line for possible positions

c. Coaching and developing Executives, Supervisors for their day-to-day assignments
