1. Implementation & Adherence of the Policy , Process, Transport Guidelines and Control Mechanism

2. Monitor areas of Employee Safety and Security of employees availing company provided transport

3. Transport Spent Management and MIS

4. Maintaining the site structure

5. Ensure Compliance in all respects are at 100 % at any given time across all locations

6. Providing a heads-up as per news reports or information received in case of any COB related issue.

7. Handling COB situations as a single point of contact

8. Risks and Mitigation Planning in all aspects, including COB situations

9. Monthly / Quarterly reviews

10. Meeting with Vendor Partners / Change Management / Transition

11. Plan, design & implement the transport operations as per the needs of the Business Units and ensure transport services are provided to employees as defined in the SLA

12. Ensuring smooth operations of all the sites

13. Key role in operations and delivering successful results.

14. Stakeholder Engagements. Instrumental in vendor selection process.

15. Next level of escalation for any lapses and RCA

16. Reviews - Daily / Weekly / Fortnightly / Monthly with Citi Management

17. Vendor Meetings and Trainings to Teams

18. Work on overall efficiencies and optimization and managing the spend in terms of fleet, manpower & Ops

19. Monitor and take corrective action on outcome from, Customer Satisfaction Survey results provided by Citi transport lead.

20. Doing a thorough gap analysis and sharing RCA
