Job Description:
As the HR Busines Partner, you will be a key driver in shaping and executing the organization's People & Culture strategy. You will oversee a range of HR functions, focusing on talent attraction, acquisition, retention, talent management, performance management, HR automation, & HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Leadership:
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support organizational growth and compliance.
2. Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the attraction of top-tier talent.
- Implement talent management strategies, including onboarding, career development, and succession planning.
3. Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Address employee concerns and ensure fair and consistent application of company policies.
4. Performance Management:
- Implement and manage performance appraisal processes to drive individual and organizational excellence.
- Develop strategies for employee recognition and rewards.
5. Learning and Development:
- Design and execute training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Support continuous learning and career development initiatives.
6. Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee the development and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure alignment with industry standards and talent market trends.
7. HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize HR analytics to provide insights for decision-making.
- Prepare and present regular HR reports to the executive team.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience.
- Should have customer-centric approach to HR practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
