Job Profile:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Selling of Business Portfolio
a. Meeting Vertical & Team Sales Target
i. By meeting monthly targets
ii. By Lead Generation, networking, enhancing market penetration
iii. Ensuring high conversion rates of business proposal submitted
iv. Keeping track of competitors movements
2. Increasing the Top Line
a. Maximizing margins and Profitability of New Contracts
i. By maintaining CCB as per the assigned targets
ii. By winning contracts with good margins
iii. Tracking leads, maintaining a database and timely updating of the same
3. Maintaining good relations with existing Clients
a. Retaining existing customer base
i. Coordinating with operations team for service delivery standards
ii. Seeking improvement in procedures and services to create more efficient and cost effective operations
4. Team Management
a. Retain and develop the team below so as to get the best out of them
i. Conducting periodic review
ii. Motivating and developing them to perform
iii. Facilitating in their training and development programs
iv. Supporting them in initial calls and as and when required
5. MIS Reporting
a. To ensure timely reporting & maintaining MIS for decision making & presentation of the same to Management
i. Tracking leads, maintaining a database and timely updating the same

Salary Offered : 15-20 LPA
