Job Title : Sr Manager/AGM -ERM

Grade : M3B/M4A

Location : Mumbai

Departmen : Finance

Reports to : VP Finance/CFO

Qualification : Graduate /PGDM in Insurance and Risk Management or Insurance Certifications from IRDA or IPGD certified.

Experience : 5 to 12 years relevant experience.

Key Purpose : The ERM lead will be responsible for managing the entire risk portfolios of ISS India. Will also be responsible for conducting various departmental, operational and financial risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risk.

Job Responsibilities:

a. Risk and Insurance activities of the Company

Creating, Monitoring and updating the risk and Insurance framework of the Company

Preparing, monitoring and updating risk registers and matrix

Coordination with various functions/ departments to conduct risk assessment and establish risk mitigation plan

Ensuring transfer of risk through insurance activity of the organization

Preparing, monitoring and updating Policies, Process and SOP's related to Risk and Insurance

Buying, monitoring, renewal, claims etc of all the insurance policies of the Company

b. Contract Management of the Company both customer and vendors

Understanding the key risk in a contract (customer / vendor/ consultant)

Implementing mitigation activities for the risks noted.

Monitoring the contract risk and mitigation activities

c. Liability

Has dealt with insurance policies like fidelity, third party liability, Professional, General Liability.
