Isprava Vesta - Manager/Senior Manager - Land & Liaison

- Be an integral part of the Land & Permissions team to effectively implement & drive a strategy for Land acquisition.

- Managing land acquisition targets, lead generation targets and other KPIs for the development.

- This position requires a deep understanding of land acquisition, as well as the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with government agencies, community organizations, and other relevant parties/stakeholders.

-Identify and evaluate potential land parcels for acquisition in line with organizational needs and objectives.

- Conduct due diligence on land titles, land use regulations, and environmental considerations.

- Negotiate land purchase agreements and oversee the acquisition process, including legal and financial aspects.
