Isprava Vesta - Manager - Contracts

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee contracts across all trades, including Civil, MEP, and Finishes.

- Analyze financial aspects of projects, ensuring budget compliance and cost control.

- Collaborate with project management teams for effective site execution.

- Develop and maintain vendor relationships to enhance project delivery.

- Conduct preand post-contract activities, including documentation and compliance.

- Perform rate analysis and lead contract negotiations.

- Identify and assess potential legal and commercial risks associated with contracts.

- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and protect the organization's interests.

- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.

- Manage relationships with external legal counsel and other third-party providers.

- Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate favorable terms.

Qualifications:.

- 10+ Years of experience.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

- Proven experience in a Contracts Department or similar roles.

- Willingness to travel as required
