Talent Acquisition Manager


Isprava is a leader in the luxury holiday home market in India specializing in serving a discerning clientele along two fronts:

1. Design, construction, furnishing, and management of sophisticated luxury homes that celebrate heritage alongside modernity and sustainability.

2. Lohono Stays is the Hospitality arm that specializes in Luxury Service, Refurbishment and Rental Management for luxury holiday homes curated from an exclusive list of home owners.

- To take overall responsibility and accountability for the Talent Acquisition and Sourcing Strategy. Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees in a company

- To manage and guide the Talent Acquisition team to source and develop talent pipelines across a diverse set of functional disciplines across the business nationally.


- To play a pivotal role in consulting with HR, Operations and Learning & Development teams to continually deliver comprehensive support and talent sourcing best practice and strategy across the business.

Development and Implementation of World Class Talent Acquisition Strategies

- Propose and develop effective and flexible resourcing strategies to identify, attract and hire top-quality talent that meets evolving business needs and supports the Lohono growth strategy

- Drive improvements to group recruitment policies and processes to ensure that streamlined, effective, and high quality services are delivered, and provide regular recruitment metrics and report on progress

- Understand strategic business priorities to ensure sourcing efforts are focused on business needs

- Identify how changes in business strategy impact talent planning needs and know the best sourcing channels and messages to reach different talent segments

- Develop Employer Brand strategies and programs to attract talent and increase presence and knowledge of Lohono as a Top Employer / Preferred Employer

- Assume responsibility for job posting optimization, recruitment marketing, social media employment and headhunting functions

Provision of Best Practice Sourcing Methodologies

- Develop recruitment and selection tools that are practical and relevant to the business

- Manage the Talent Acquisition team in a way that optimizes performance, including training and guidance to the team on strategies, best practices and actions relating to Talent Acquisition priorities

- Explore market best practices in recruitment and resourcing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization

- Develop knowledge of current talent market and trends in order to map talent which will provide knowledge around the realities of the market

- Identify trends and talent maps of competitors

- Educate Talent Acquisition on trends in the talent market to provide strategic advice on talent market intelligence, best practices and changing business needs with talent implications

- Champion best practice and provide sound advice to business leaders on policies and procedures

Effective Management and Support of Talent Acquisition Procedures

- Maintain performance tracking related to initiatives; identifying areas for improvement, monitor processes following rollout, solicit and incorporate feedback for processes enhancement and establish clear compliance benchmarks

- Oversee and manage the recruitment process and lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial assessments, interviews and offers

- Ensure the timely and cost-effective fulfilment of all open requisition with quality talent, and proactively lead updates on all open positions to the business and the HR teams and cultivate strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and HR Teams

- Support Talent Acquisition in all territories by identifying current and future talent needs, proactively developing an external talent pipeline, and identifying passive talent to pre-qualify candidates for roles, develop relationships and increase engagement throughout the recruitment process

- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to develop target lists of sources including companies, networks, associations, existing contacts, etc. to generate ideas and share information that creates more effective sourcing processes

Effective Reporting

- Prepare and deliver high-level reporting for executive and Senior Management teams, noting market feedback, challenges and trends

- Communicate insights to relevant stakeholders

- Identify problems and make recommendations to improve processes and procedures

- Compilation of insightful monthly reports for presentation to relevant stakeholders

- Compilation of ad hoc reports as required by the business

Excellent Stakeholder Management

- As the primary relationship manager, establish and maintain partnerships with third parties (including recruitment agencies) relevant to Talent Acquisition initiatives

- Actively build, maintain an grow strong relationships with relevant stakeholders

- Manage client expectations and manage effective flow of information

- Allocate, monitor and control resources to ensure delivery to Group expectations with regard to recruitment requirements

- Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with key stakeholders, monitor performance levels and takes corrective action as required

- Create and foster strong relationships with colleagues and partner with hiring managers to deliver to the needs of the business

Effective Leadership and Team Management

- Through effective inspirational and practical leadership, facilitate the creation of an accountable, full service team who understands and strives to meet the needs of all hiring managers

- Create and encourage a culture focusing on delivery of objectives

- Continually inspire, motivate and develop people to understand what is expected of them (co-create a team / organizational culture of high accountability)

- Take full responsibility for performance of all direct reports, motivating and managing them in relation to quality standards and agreed benchmarks and objectives, focusing on all aspects of sound people management:
