Role Description:

We are seeking a full-time Agile Business Analyst to join our team at our Chennai location. As an Agile Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in guiding software development teams in delivering meaningful business value. Your role will involve collaborating with all stakeholders, including customers, product owners, and development teams, to identify and define business requirements, analyse and prioritise features and user stories, and support the software development life cycle.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

- Experience working with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum

- Excellent understanding of requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation

- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for product backlog management and requirements documentation preferred

- Experience working on large-scale enterprise or digital transformation projects

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
