T24 Business Analyst (AA/TPH)

- Job Description:-

We are seeking a skilled and experienced T24 Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with T24 Modules such as AA (Arrangement Architecture) or TPH (Temenos Payments Hub). Training or certification from Temenos will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for T24 modules.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on T24 capabilities.

- Conduct gap analysis and provide solutions to bridge gaps between business requirements and T24 functionalities.

- Configure and customize T24 modules, including AA and TPH, to meet business needs.

- Provide support and troubleshooting for T24-related issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of T24 solutions.

- Participate in testing and validation of T24 implementations.

- Deliver training and support to end-users on T24 functionalities and best practices.

Qualifications:-

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on T24 modules, particularly AA or TPH.

- Strong understanding of T24 architecture and functionalities.

- Training or certification from Temenos is a significant plus.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.
