Our client is the Health-tech initiative of India's largest business house. Started in 2015, it empowers healthcare providers and consumers in India. All healthcare monitoring services are made available through an app that will help connect doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, laboratories and consumers, enabling preventive and predictive healthcare. It helps the care-givers to track the entire patient journey from the initial appointment and maintaining their records, generating lab test reports to providing virtual consultation and home-care solutions. It is expected that this futuristic guide will strengthen doctor-patient relationship and enhance the in-clinic experience.

As the Audit officer- ISO 27001, you will be responsible for conducting audit based on ISO 27001 standards, ITIL Process and reporting the progress and status to the leadership team.

What you will do:

- Maintaining and updating the risk register on a periodic basis and doing monthly review of project deliverables and SLAs

- Conducting ticket quality audit and Incident Management Process and reviewing of Policy documents

- Conducting Internal Audit for onboarding all the active projects as per CMMI standards.

- Maintaining the ISO policy documents and procedures relevant to the active projects.

- Handling priority incidents, preparating Project Charter Plan, GAP Analysis and Proposed solutions

- Reviewing of project resource solution sheet alongside the actual resource utilization per project.

- Tracking of the mandatory training requirement for ISO 27001 compliance

- Providing project management support to ensure that program deliverables are met on time and within budget.

- Establishing program management methodologies and best practices and implementing them into the companys various business units

- Managing end to end, the project from Initial Requirement gathering to final acceptance testing. Monitoring of implementation of data center infrastructure, review of project deliverables, Periodic reviewing of the project plans and progress.

- Performing Information Security Audit based upon ISO 27001 standards and IT Service Management Audit based on ISO 20000 Standards.

- Performing of service monitoring based upon ITIL framework and standards.

- Providing technical support in form of - installation, configuration, management, troubleshooting & administration of LAN and Systems. Create & edit the users, reset the Password, unlock the account, apply the GPO

- Providing monthly inspection report upon the status of the CSC being inspected.

Candidate Profile:

What you need to have:

- Experience of minimum 3 years

- Vast exposure to at least some of the mentioned fields - IT Advisory, IT Infrastructure Management space.

- Domain expertise on Data Center Management, IT Service Management (ITSM), Information Security Management System (ISMS), e- Governance Projects and IT Audits, ITGC Control Testing ISO Compliance, Risk Assessment and Gap Analysis, Development of Policy, Prepare and Review Audit Policies, Procedures & Controls Compliance Documents, Assets Identification and Classification, Risk Assessment and Establishment of Information Security Plan, Control Implementations, Business Continuity Management System, Review and Comply Implementation etc.

- Experience in working in ITGC project for a financial organization.

- Experience in Information Security Assessment, Risk Assessment, ISO 27001 Audit.

- Experience in handling core e-Governance projects of NeGP scheme like SWAN, SDC and CSC.

- Extensive experience in Project Management, Business analysis, Consulting, Strategy planning, Business Development with IT and Knowledge Services industries.

- Worked extensively with IT Audit projects and have a good exposure in end to end management of IT projects with ITIL process.

- Excellent planning, organizational and delivery skills; confident of proficiently performing and excelling under demanding work conditions.

- A team player with strong communication, team management, Leadership, relationship management and problem-solving skills.

- Experience of working with cross-cultural and multi-lingual teams.
