We are seeking a Senior-level consulting role based in our Bangalore, India HQ location. This person will be responsible for CxO level interfacing and practice development with some of our largest Consumer Goods clients and prospects.

- The person will be responsible for working with our onsite sales and onsite/offshore delivery teams to further our relationship with the client.

- They will be responsible for interfacing with key decision makers within client to drive top-and-bottom line growth, as well as thought leadership.

We expect this person to help position our firm as an overall strategic partner, especially in non-IT areas of sales, marketing and shopper insights.

The ideal candidate would have the following background:

- Minimum of 15 years of combined Consumer Goods experience in the industry and as a consultant to the industry.

- Deep domain expertise in at least one of the following areas - sales, marketing, shopper insights; and a reasonable understanding of at least 1 of the other areas

- Functional expertise in at least 2 of the following areas - trade, category management, market mix, pricing optimization, consumer/shopper insights

- Experience in a Tier 1 or CG/Retail-specific boutique consulting firm as a Principal, Associate Partner, Partner or similar level

- This is a consulting position, not a sales position. Candidate must have consulting delivery experience and ideally Practice Growth experience.

- Ability to deliver high-level consulting projects at CxO level

- Nice to have some level of both retail exposure

- Delivery and sales experience in a consulting and/or Global IT Services organization

Other qualifications for differentiation:

- Expected to drive a minimum of an additional $5+mm in Order Booked in 1st twelve months - practice is already established

- Global perspective in Consumer Goods industry

- Understands technology enablement related to sales and marketing functions including Shopper/Consumer Insights

- Published thought leader

- Frequent speaker on industry topics

- Exposure/Experience in key enterprise software packages related to sales & marketing such as SAP, Oracle, SFDC, etc.

- Key Connects with Alliance partners too (SAP, Oracle)

- Person will be a senior member of global CG consulting team

- We expect this person to be an overall leader within region

- High exposure opportunity for right candidate

- Must live or be willing to relocate to city where client is located
