Job Summary:
Role Focus: Leading product definition, GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy, and vendor partnership development.
Responsibilities: Includes market analysis, product roadmap definition, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities Analysis:
- Market Understanding: Essential for aligning product strategies with market needs and competitive landscape assessment.
- Product Definition and Strategy: Developing MRDs and aligning product features with business objectives is crucial; however, ensure clarity on "MRD" (Market Requirement Document) versus "PRD" (Product Requirement Document).
- Go-To-Market Strategy: Collaborating with stakeholders, especially Marketing, for effective product launches and marketing events.
- Product Roadmap and Development: Prioritizing features and functionalities in collaboration with cross-functional teams (CFTs), including CRM, Billing, and IT tools integration.
- Financial Planning: AOP (Annual Operating Plan) planning, defining revenue targets, sales incentives, and commissions are important for business alignment.
- Performance Analysis: Monitoring product performance and revenue analysis post-launch to optimize strategies.
- Partnerships and Stakeholder Management: Building partnerships with vendors, OEMs, and key customers to drive product vision and market penetration.
- Documentation and Business Case: Creating comprehensive product documentation and building a business case with a focus on P&L (Profit and Loss).
- Technical Collaboration: Working with telecom and IT teams for product implementation, especially in contact center solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications, Computer Science, or Information Technology; MBA in Marketing is preferred.
Experience: 6+ years in Product Management with proven expertise in contact center solutions, launching products, and working with cross-functional teams.
Skills:
- Strong business acumen, market analysis skills, and proficiency in AWS cloud are preferred.
- Soft skills such as excellent communication, presentation, and technical documentation skills are highlighted.
