I) Position Summary.

- The role of a Program Manager in new product incubation combines strategic thinking, execution, and hands-on support to drive successful product launches.

Here are the primary KPIs for Program Manager:.

- Create Project plan for new product launches & existing product enhancements.

- Ensure product launch as per the created Project plan.

- Resource Allocation and Budget Management.

- Risk Assessment and Mitigation.

- Stakeholder Engagement.

II) Person Specification:.

a) Essential Qualifications:. Graduate in Engineering Experience: 10-15 years.

- MBA preferred.

- Product management exposure is highly desirable.

b) Requisite Skills:.

Technical & Business.

- Exposure in Project / Program management for Product development in SI/Service provider environment.

- Drive L2O, O2C processes with various stakeholders.

- Understanding of various enterprise services based on cloud, security, network and unified communications.

- Management of multi-disciplinary engineering core teams, planning development, resourcing, and budget throughout the product lifecycle.

- Driving project execution and assuring alignment with all project teams.

- Utilize program management flow and tools, for project tracking, gate reviews, business financials, core team management.

- Driving and delivering project metrics and on-time reports.

Functional:

- Ability to successfully drive a team made up of multiple engineering and business disciplines.

- Deliver programs on time and within budget that meet all program technical requirements.

- Work closely with teams like Solution consultants, Enterprise Architects, Engineering, Delivery Assurance & various cross functional teams for process formalization.

- Strong foundational knowledge and program management approach to drive NPI execution within established timelines and target costs.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to drive business and innovation.

- Ability to quickly recognize and articulate barriers and critical path to success across teams.

- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with complex environments.
