Job Title: Product Manager Hosted Contact Center Solution.
Job Summary:
- Product Manager HCC Services will lead the product definition, GTM strategy, Vendor partnerships development.
- He will decide the solution roadmap and product priorities based on market, customer requirements.
- He will be a team member working in collaboration with cross functional teams for services launch / rollout, customer onboarding for revenue growth of organisation.
Responsibilities:.
- Understand Market needs, market size ($), competitive landscape.
- Assesment of market share.
- Define Product and strategy alignment with business objectives.
- Develop product specifications and MRD (market requirement document) from requirements and user stories for each feature.
- Partner with key stakeholders to define the Go to Market strategy and roadmap for the product.
- Collaborate with Marketing for Marcom strategy, product marketing to drive the product launches and marketing events.
- Product Roadmap definition, features / functionality prioritisation.
- Product developmentwork with CFT for complete product capabilities & integrations (CRM, Billing, IT, Tools for monitoring etc).
- AOP Planning, Revenue definition, Sales targets/ Incentives, Commissions etc.
- Product performance and Revenue analysis.
- Meeting OEMs, large / key customers for opportunities closures.
- Define product priorities for the product features based on the area ofcustomer experience, performance, and operational support.
- Drive partnerships with vendors, partners and customer organisations as required.
- Drive buyin for the product vision from internal and external stake holders.
- Work with cross functional team to take product to market.
- Proactively work with Cross functional teams to identify and resolve potential challenges in the product readiness for launch.
- Create comprehensive product documentation.
- Build Business case for the Product with P&L.
- Trouble-shooting problems during the configuration or go-live stages of client implementations.
- Work with internal telecom and IT infrastructure teams for the implementation of the Contact center solutions developed.
Qualifications:.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology.
- MBA in Marketing.
- 5+ years of Product Management Experience.
- Proven experience of contact center and associated regulatory framework,.
- Experience in coordinating product development cycles and schedules.
- Experience of launching products to customers.
- Strong demonstrated experience in working with CFTs for launch of new products.
- Strong business acumen to analyse market intel and define product strategy.
- Passionate in Product Management.
- Knowledge of AWS cloud shall be preferred.
- Soft skills.
- Excellent Verbal, written and technical documentation skills.
- Excellent presentation Skill.
