We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Pre-Sales Engineer/Manager specializing in Networking, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and Server & SAN solutions.

As a key member of our sales team, he/she will be responsible for supporting our sales efforts by providing technical expertise, solution design, and product recommendations to our clients and prospects.

Roles and Responsibilities: Technical Consultation:.

- Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and challenges related to networking, Wi-Fi, CCTV, server, and storage (SAN) solutions.

- Conduct detailed needs analysis and translate customer requirements into actionable technical solutions.

- Solution Design and Proposal:.

- Design comprehensive and scalable solutions that meet customer needs and align with industry best practices.

- Create detailed proposals, including technical diagrams, bill of materials (BOM), and pricing.

Product Demonstration and Presentation:.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of networking, Wi-Fi, CCTV, server, and SAN solutions.

- Articulate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Technical Support:.

- Collaborate with the sales team to respond to technical queries and provide pre-sales support during the sales cycle.

- Address customer concerns and objections related to technical aspects of proposed solutions.

Relationship Management:.

- Carry a good rapport and hands on database of OEM/vendors for related product/service and solution.

- Build strong relationships customers by understanding their business objectives and offering tailored technical solutions.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product management, and engineering, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.

Industry Expertise:.

- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape related to networking, Wi-Fi, CCTV, server, and SAN solutions.

- Leverage industry knowledge to provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients.

Documentation and Reporting:.

- Maintain accurate records of vendor/customer interactions, technical designs, and solution proposals.

- Provide regular reports and updates to the sales team on pre-sales activities and opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- Proven experience in pre-sales engineering or a similar technical sales role, preferably in the networking, IT infrastructure, or security industry for minimum 5 years.

- Working experience or well versed with Govt.

- Tendering/Bidding Procedures.

- Strong understanding of networking principles, wireless technologies, CCTV systems, and server/storage architectures.

- Proficiency in solution design tools and technologies (e. g. , network design software, CAD tools).

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.

- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions and exceeding customer expectations.

- Relevant certifications (e. g. , CCNA, CWNA, MCSE, etc. ) are a plus.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Job location: Ahmedabad (HO)Working Window: 6 days in a week.

Time: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM.
